spa visitor, Suzanne detected aromas that aroused her curiosity and concern.
She began questioning the ingredients in the products normally used in spas

she was aware that 99% of commercial skincare was far from natural she thought
that the spa industry was different. “I used to assume natural products were
formulated without synthetic chemicals,” she states.
“But when I first started my business in 1994, I was horrified to
learn differently. Some of the
chemicals used in supposed natural skincare products give off such lethal
fumes that handlers are required to use oxygen masks.
Although I am told that these chemicals are used in quantities small
enough as to be harmless to the body, I highly question these findings and
truly feel that the public is being deceived.”
Suzanne
decided to make a change in the industry.
However, the original aromatherapy & wellness space was not large
enough to accommodate the demand for the day spa. With motivation from customers and her own desire to visit a
truly natural spa, she decided to relocate, expand and offer a new kind of spa
experience. “I have created a
new spa experience that is pampering and stress reducing while at the same
time using products that are truly beneficial and contain no potentially toxic
ingredients.” She has concerns about the long-term effects of chemicals used
in most skincare and spas and believes the discerning customer does as well.
Many alternative healthcare providers believe that that these synthetic
chemicals can contribute to modern diseases and that they are not only
unacceptable but also unnecessary.

years of formulating 100% natural products for retail and wholesale, opening a
day spa was a natural progression. Suzanne’s
